Pharmaceutical Sector Inquiry Preliminary Report

The European Commission has delivered its preliminary report on the findings from the Pharmaceutical Sector Inquiry launched in January 2008. The report considers intellectual property, pricing and reimbursement and regulatory issues along with competition law matters.
