The team operates from within the real estate practice while working alongside litigation colleagues in construction, planning, health and safety, insurance and environmental. Typical work includes advising on contentious property matters, including landlord and tenant disputes, property-related insolvency and professional negligence, disputes over joint venture agreements and issues affecting development sites.
