Excellent relations with clients and consultants built up over my 20 years experience in planning. This has proved invaluable in many jobs and has resulted in more successful negotiations in a shorter timescale.

Best example of a creative legal solution?

Devising a novel forward funding scheme to enable my client to unlock the development potential of its land but which provides for a refund of capital outlay on infrastructure provision by my client.

What's your single greatest contribution to Wragge & Co's corporate responsibility?

Despite the potential damage to my waist measurement, I strive to eat all the charity cakes and biscuits offered to me!

What's been written or said about you that you're most proud of?

Chambers once said that I had "good judgement and ability to deal with difficult problems and come up with a strategy to solve them." I like to think that applies to both me and the team.
