KJM Superbikes Limited appealed against a decision of the High Court which denied it permission to bring proceedings for contempt of court against Anthony James Hinton for untrue statements that were made by him in a witness statement on behalf of the claimant in earlier trade mark infringement proceedings. His statement related to whether or not there was consent by Honda (or on its behalf) to parallel imports of Honda motorbikes into the EU.
