Residential landlords and Energy Performance Certificates - new guidance

Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs) for buildings in the social or private rented sectors will be required on lettings to a new tenant from 1 October 2008.

Display Energy Certificates

From 1 October 2008, public authorities and institutions providing public services to large numbers of people must exhibit a Display Energy Certificate in their buildings over 1,000 square metres.
