Wragge & Co LLP has maintained its Big Tick status in Business in the Community's annual Awards for Excellence.

The firm joins 3M UK PLC, Adnams, Boots UK Ltd, Diageo, Marshalls, Nestle UK and United Utilities in receiving a re-accreditation for taking a strategic, comprehensive and innovative approach to reducing natural resource and waste.

Lorna Gavin said: "Securing this recognition for the second year running is a fantastic achievement. We are committed to reducing our environmental impact, whether it's through replacing plastic spoons and cups with sustainable alternatives or introducing a wholesale recycling programme throughout our business. Raising awareness among our people and empowering them to take action is helping us make a difference."

Awards for Excellence identify and celebrate companies which have a positive impact on the community, environment, marketplace and workplace. They are decided by an independent panel of experts.
